Medical Eye Exams

We offer comprehensive eye exams for infants to adults. Typical pediatric exams include screening for amblyopia and strabismus (eye muscle disorders). Adult exams include screening for cataract, glaucoma, macular degeneration and ocular manifestations of systemic disease such as diabetes, hypertension, thyroid disease, neurologic disorders and rheumatologic disease. All comprehensive exams include refraction, a determination of the eye’s focus ability. This allows for the potential to maximize the optical function of your eyes either with corrective lenses or surgically.
