Jeff Hutchison, D.O.
A native of Columbus, Dr. Hutchison is a graduate of Anderson University and the Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine. He served his internship and residency at Doctors Hospital in Columbus, and additional sub-specialty training as a fellow in pediatric ophthalmology and strabismus at the University of Cincinnati/Cincinnati Children’s Hospital.
Board certified in ophthalmology, Dr. Hutchison is a member of many national, state, and local organizations. He enjoys teaching medical students and residents, and served as the residency program director for ophthalmology at Ohio Health for over twenty years. He has teaching appointments at Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine (Clinical Assistant Professor) and A.T. Still University (Adjunct Clinical Professor).
He provides comprehensive eye care to all ages and has a special interest in cataract surgery as well as pediatric eye disease and eye surgery. Dr. Hutchison is married, has two children, and one grandchild. In his time away from work he enjoys fly fishing, cycling, outdoor photography and woodworking.
Dr. Hutchison is a DO, or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine. His training as an osteopathic physician and surgeon confirmed and enhanced his holistic and comprehensive approach to caring for his patients.
