To schedule an appointment, call (614) 878.1571.
When you call to make an appointment, the receptionist will ask your name, telephone number/email address where you can be reached, the reason for your visit, and insurance information. Because different problems require different amounts of time, proper scheduling helps keep your wait in the office to a minimum. The first visit will take approximately 2 hours and will sometimes include dilation of your pupils. Plan to bring a driver or make arrangements for an escort home. It is a good idea to bring sunglasses in case your eyes are dilated. Occasionally, we are behind schedule because of an emergency. When this happens, we will try to let you know so we can adjust the schedule. Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete necessary paperwork. Please call us at least two days ahead if you need to cancel an appointment. This will allow us to see other patients sooner. We regret that we cannot accommodate repeated cancellations, even with notice.
